Welcome to Courtney Alexander, a luxury interior design & development studio. My name is Courtney Bates and I am the founder & principal of the firm. I cater to the sophisticated needs of private clients and local high-end builders. 

 

Early in my career, I worked as an Interior Design Assistant and an Assistant Buyer- attending High Point Market trips which provided unique experiences in high end lighting & furnishing purchasing.
 

I've completed professional trainings in premium textiles, wall coverings & custom rugs, expanding my knowledge of the luxury design landscape.
 

In 2016, I joined a notable Development company in downtown Chicago working on prominent projects such as No. 9 Walton as a Design Associate and One Chicago as Project Manager of Design & Development.
 

By deciding to dedicate my time to my two baby boys & my firm in 2021, Courtney Alexander has steadily grown into a successful design and development studio.
